Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Pocket Playground game (the "App") made by GB Ventures s.r.o., Czech Republic ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the App you agree to them. Your use of Google Play or the App Store is also subject to their terms.

1. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App or its content, except where the law allows it.

2. Coins, hints and items

Coins, hints, stickers and cosmetic items are part of the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to another person, and are stored on your device. If you uninstall the App or lose your device, game progress and coins cannot be recovered. Purchases of non-consumable items (Remove Ads, Starter Bundle) can be restored from the App's Shop or Settings with the same store account.

3. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made and charged through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and their refund policies apply. Prices are shown in the App as provided by the store. If you are a consumer in the EU, you agree that digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started, as permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not delivered: contact us and we will help.

4. Advertising

The App shows ads, as described in our Privacy Policy. Rewarded ads are always optional.

5. Fair play

Do not use cheats, modified versions of the App, or tools that interfere with ads, purchases or other players' devices.

6. Content and trademarks

The App, its characters, art, music, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors (see Settings → Credits in the App). Third-party fonts and assets are used under their licences.

7. Updates and availability

We may update the App, change or remove features or levels, or stop offering it. We try to keep purchased items working after updates.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring claims in your local courts. EU consumers can also use the EU consumer redress portal.
